Transaction Guide

1. From file to final price

You upload your PCB or SMD stencil file, configure the product and add it to the cart. The amount in the cart is an estimate; the final amount is sent to you after the preliminary review. "Create the order" is only a request for a preliminary review; this step is not binding and no payment is taken.

After the review, the final price and the order summary are sent to you. The decision period starts when every item of the order has been priced and lasts at most 48 hours; an item priced earlier may wait until the end of its own holding period at the latest. When the items are paid together, the same payment due date is shown for all items; otherwise each item's own date is shown. Within this period you pay or put the order on accepted business payment terms, or ask for a change. Before accepting the price with "Pay by card" or "Pay by transfer", or, for business payment terms, before putting the order on terms with "Put on terms", you may cancel free of charge from the order page. Once you have accepted the price, an unpaid order ends at no cost on its payment due date, or the support team cancels it at your request. The final price stated is valid until the payment due date and does not change. An order that is not paid by the payment due date and not put on business payment terms accepted by Gloyd ends automatically, together with the contract if it has been concluded; no fee or compensation is charged.

2. Approval and payment

You can check the file version, product specifications, quantity, billing and delivery details, the total price and the latest delivery date, and correct any errors. The consumer price is in TL and includes VAT, customs duties, and international and domestic shipping. The TL total you approve is final; no extra charge you have not approved is made later.

On the payment page you see the order-specific documents with their version and revision numbers and tick two separate boxes:

  1. "I confirm that I have received the pre-information covering the products, the total price, payment, delivery and withdrawal terms."
  2. Consumer: "I accept the Distance Sales Contract and confirm that this order creates a payment obligation." Business buyer: "I accept the commercial sales and service terms and confirm that this order creates a payment obligation."

The contract is concluded with the "Pay by card" or "Pay by transfer" button, or, for business payment terms, the "Put on terms" button. If the order details change, your approval is asked for again. A card payment is taken at once with 3D Secure; a bank transfer is complete once the receipt of funds is verified after your report. A business order is put on the accepted term and limit with "Put on terms"; for the purposes of the free cancellation policy, this approval counts as payment. After payment or this approval, cancellation free of charge at the customer's wish is not accepted. Applicable statutory rights of termination and rescission and their financial consequences are reserved. The details are on the Payments and Documents page.

3. Documents and production

Immediately after the approval, the email "Your contract approval · {order code}" is sent. The pre-information and the contract you approved are attached to it as a PDF with the same content; they are shown in the panel with the approval date. The related records are kept for 10 years from the end of the calendar year; even if the account is closed, a copy may be requested from support after identity verification.

If, after payment or after the order has been put on business payment terms, the manufacturer asks for the production file to be approved, we present the file on your order page, email you and remind you at hours 12 and 24; if we hear nothing within 36 hours, your order may go into production with the file as it stands. If you do not approve it, the order is cancelled; the full amount collected for the order is refunded, and any unpaid balance of that order is cleared. Cancellation and statutory rights are in the Warranty, Cancellation and Returns Policy.

4. Delivery and applications

Products are made abroad and shipped to your address; you can follow your order's stages from your panel. The seller is Gloyd; the obligations arising from the contract are Gloyd's. After production, the product reaches İstanbul by air freight from the China consolidation hub; it is delivered to your address from the Glodely depot in Ankara by Yurtiçi Kargo.

File sharing is explained in File Preparation, KVKK and Privacy. Applications: destek@glodely.com. Statutory remedies do not depend on the outcome of support; the details are in the Distance Sales Agreement.
