No. If your configuration matches your file, you pay the price shown; VAT, customs and import are included. Only domestic shipping is added, as its own line in the cart. If your file differs from your choices, the new price comes to you for approval before payment.
Your boards are made by China's leading PCB manufacturers. Glodely works directly with them and runs the process from Türkiye, from the file review to delivery.
Not yet. PCB assembly, component sourcing, cables and front panels are on our roadmap; we are getting ready to offer the same e-sourcing experience for them too. Today you can order PCBs and SMD stencils.
Gerber and drill files for a PCB, and the matching solder paste layer for a stencil.
You do not pay when you add an item to the cart or create an order. When the pre-review is complete, we tell you the final amount and you can pay. Manufacturing or sourcing continues after the payment is confirmed.
By card (3D Secure) or bank transfer. Approved company accounts can also pay on terms.
Production usually takes 2–3 working days, depending on the board's specifications and quantity. Your order is then collected in our warehouse in China and reaches Türkiye on one of our 1–2 weekly shipments; delivery to your address takes 8–12 working days after production. It may take longer around public holidays and Chinese holiday periods. You can follow every step in your panel.
No. Import and customs clearance are handled by Glodely; the taxes are included in the price. You are not asked for customs documents or any extra payment.
Yes. Glodely is a platform of Gloyd Teknoloji Anonim Şirketi, based in Ankara; your personal or company invoice is issued in Türkiye.
PCBs start at 5 pieces, picked from a list such as 5, 10, 15 and 20. One stencil is enough; with separate top and bottom stencils the minimum is 2.
Yes. Students and individual customers can order too; the PCB minimum is 5 pieces, and your invoice is issued to you as an individual.
Your file is used only to make your order and reaches the manufacturer under a Glodely serial number, not your file name. Its content goes as it is, so remove any personal details before uploading. Order files are kept for 2 years after the order closes.
If the product does not match your file and choices, or arrives incomplete or damaged, write to destek@glodely.com; we give our first reply within two working days. As a consumer you keep your rights to repair, replacement, a price reduction or a refund.
We deliver within Türkiye with Yurtiçi Kargo. Shipping is added once per order; it is calculated from the parcel weight and shown as its own line in the cart. You can also collect your order free of charge from our Ankara office.
