Before accepting a single order, we're measuring our pricing and ordering flow end to end, and finalising our import and customs cost structure. The total shown today is therefore an estimate; no payment is taken and no order is created.
The fabrication cost is fetched from the manufacturer in real time, and domestic delivery is based on real tariffs. Import, freight and customs-clearance costs are not final yet — once they are, both the order price and the maximum delivery date become binding.
We won't open ordering at a price we can't stand behind.

We have your PCBs and stencils built at vetted production partners and bring them in on a weekly consolidated shipment. Customs and duties are in the price, and your invoice is issued in Türkiye.
If a board comes out wrong, your counterparty is a company in Türkiye, under Turkish law.

How your delivery date is calculated
Production 24–72 hours from the order (estimate) → transfer to the consolidation centre 1–2 business days after fabrication is complete (estimate) → weekly shipment → then import, customs clearance and delivery
Total: at your door in 2–3 weeks after fabrication is complete (estimate)
An order that misses the cut-off joins the following week's shipment — which is why the figure is in weeks, not days.

Who builds the boards?
Glodely is not a factory — we are your sourcing partner. Boards are built on vetted global partner lines. The DFM pre-check, order management and accountability stay with Glodely — your contact is always us.
Will I have to deal with customs?
No. We take on the import and customs clearance; boards arrive through our contracted import network on DDP terms, with customs duties included in the price. Paperwork calls from the courier, duty-payment links, storage fees — none of it lands on you.
How is the invoice issued? Can I deduct the VAT?
Your invoice is issued in Türkiye by Gloyd Teknoloji A.Ş., the company behind the Glodely brand, as an e-invoice. You never handle a foreign invoice; the VAT on it is deductible and the expense books directly to your company.
What happens if a batch comes out faulty?
Report it from your panel with the order number and photos; we inspect the board and, where the fault is in manufacturing, we start the rebuild and track it to your door. Scope, notice period and who pays return shipping are written out on our warranty page.
Is there a minimum order quantity?
PCB orders start at 5 pieces; stencils can be ordered as a single unit. For assembly, upload a Gerber and BOM and we quote per quantity.
How do I pay?
Prices are calculated in dollars and charged in Turkish lira. The conversion uses the central bank's selling rate at the moment of payment, and your card is charged in lira. If we can't fetch a current rate we decline the payment rather than use a stale one. If you pay with a card issued in Türkiye, this is a domestic lira transaction — your bank does not convert currency and adds no foreign-transaction fee.
How long does delivery take?
Fabrication takes 24–72 hours from the order (estimate). Boards reach the consolidation centre in 1–2 business days after fabrication is complete (estimate). Orders are consolidated at the hub in China and leave together once a week. Delivery to your door is 2–3 weeks after fabrication is complete (estimate). We currently offer consolidated shipping only. Express will be available once its rate is settled.
What happens if my files differ from the parameters the price was calculated from?
Before your boards go into production the manufacturer's engineers review your files; that review is the authority on manufacturability. The pre-check we run at upload is a warning, not a verdict — and it never changes a price. If the review finds your files cannot be built as configured, we show you the revised price and what the difference rests on. Accept, and you pay the difference and production starts. Decline, and we cancel the order and refund you in full, with nothing deducted. Nothing is ever charged without your acceptance. If the difference goes the other way, we refund it without waiting for your approval. Production never starts before the price is settled.
Can I order in my company's name?
Yes — and that is the point. The order opens under your company. Today many teams have their engineer order personally, which means the spend never enters the company books. We exist to close that gap.
What is your service fee?
Our service fee is 15% of total cost, and it covers import, customs clearance, invoicing, currency conversion and support. We add nothing to the price of the board itself — the manufacturer's price reaches you untouched.
