How is a Gerber file viewed?
GTL / GBL, GTS / GBS, GTO / GBO, GTP / GBP and common Gerber / Excellon files are supported. Layer types are recognised from the file names and the file contents. The ZIP or RAR archive may be at most 100 MB; the extracted layers at most 24 MB in total and 48 layers.
The 2D layer view uses top-view coordinates. The 3D preview needs a closed outline and layers in the same unit; thickness and finish follow your own choice. A bare board and round holes are modelled. No electrical connectivity, manufacturability (DFM) or impedance verification is performed.
