Payments and Documents
1. Price and decision period
The cart amount is an estimate. After the preliminary review, the final price and the order summary are sent to you. The decision period starts when every item of the order has been priced and lasts at most 48 hours; an item priced earlier may wait until the end of its own holding period at the latest. When the items are paid together, all items have one payment due date; otherwise each item has its own date. Within this period you may approve and pay or put the order on accepted business payment terms, or ask for a change. Before accepting the price with "Pay by card" or "Pay by transfer", or, for business payment terms, before putting the order on terms with "Put on terms", you may cancel free of charge from the order page. Once you have accepted the price, an unpaid order ends at no cost on its payment due date, or the support team cancels it at your request. An order that is not paid by the payment due date and not put on business payment terms accepted by Gloyd ends automatically, together with the contract if it has been concluded; no fee or compensation is charged.
The consumer price is in TL and includes VAT, customs duties and international shipping. Domestic shipping within Türkiye is included in each item's price; the cart has no separate shipping line. The TL total in the order summary you approve is final; it is not increased unilaterally on the grounds of exchange rates or import costs.
The business price is shown in USD + VAT; the approved USD price is fixed, and the TL equivalent is for information. For card or bank transfer payments, the TL amount approved on the payment page is collected. Unless the order-specific copy sets out another basis, the debt on business payment terms is the TL total of the invoice: the approved USD price is converted into TL at the CBRT (TCMB) USD foreign exchange selling rate of the last publication day before the invoice day; no exchange difference arises after the invoice. Payment terms apply only to customers separately accepted by Gloyd, for the agreed period starting from the invoice date and within the credit limit. The conditions are in the Terms of Use.
For business payment terms, putting the order on terms with "Put on terms" counts as payment for the purposes of the free cancellation policy. After payment or this approval, cancellation free of charge at the customer's wish is not accepted. Applicable statutory rights of termination and rescission and their financial consequences are reserved.
2. Payment methods
Card payments are taken at once through the virtual POS of Türkiye Garanti Bankası A.Ş., with 3D Secure verification. There is no instalment, pre-authorisation, deposit or security. Card details go to the bank's page; Gloyd does not store the full card number or the security code.
A saved card is kept by the bank; Gloyd holds only the bank's card reference and the masked number. Saved cards can be removed in the panel. Saving a card is not a condition of purchase.
A bank transfer (EFT) is made to Gloyd's bank account. The transfer is reported in the panel; a receipt is optional. The payment is complete once the receipt of funds is verified.
3. Refund tracking
The refund conditions and statutory periods are in Warranty and Returns. If the manufacturer or Gloyd cancels the order, or if you do not approve the production file presented to you, the full amount collected for the order is refunded, and any unpaid balance of that order is cleared. The step is started without waiting for a separate request. For defects and quality rejections, the step starts on the outcome of the assessment; your statutory rights of choice are reserved.
A card refund is made to the same card. A partial refund is sent to the bank after the bank's end-of-day process; it may take a few business days to reach the account, depending on the bank. A payment made by bank transfer is refunded by bank transfer to the IBAN you give the support team. Bank processes do not extend the statutory periods. The amount and date of the refund appear on the order page.
4. Invoices and documents
Gloyd issues e-Invoices, e-Archive invoices and e-Waybills through the private integrator QNB eSolutions Elektronik Ticaret ve Bilişim Hizmetleri A.Ş. The e-Archive invoice is sent to the order email address and can be downloaded from the panel. For a delivery problem, you can write to destek@glodely.com.
Incorrect invoice details are corrected under the tax procedures; a change to the account does not change an earlier invoice. A bank receipt or a payment receipt does not replace an invoice.
