Return and Product Problem Request

1. Send your request

The order number, the product, the problem and the remedy you want make the review easier. If you have them, you may add photos, test results or lot information; they are not a condition of the request. The absence of the original packaging or a paper invoice alone is not a ground for rejection. Do not send card numbers or security codes.

2. Review and shipment

If the product needs to be sent, Gloyd tells you the method. Gloyd bears the transport cost needed for a consumer's statutory defect claim. Waiting for a review or a manufacturer's reply does not extend the statutory periods. The periods and rights are in Warranty and Returns.

3. Cancellation and withdrawal

Before the price is accepted with "Pay by card" or "Pay by transfer", or, for business payment terms, before the order is put on terms with "Put on terms", the order or an item can be cancelled free of charge from the order page. Once the price has been accepted, an unpaid order ends at no cost on its payment due date, or the support team cancels it at your request. Putting the order on terms counts as payment for the purposes of this policy. After payment or this approval, cancellation free of charge at the customer's wish is not accepted. Applicable statutory rights of termination and rescission and their financial consequences are reserved. If the manufacturer or Gloyd cancels the order, or if you do not approve the production file presented to you, the full amount collected for the order is refunded, and any unpaid balance of that order is cleared. Your rights arising from defects, incomplete or wrong delivery, delay and impossibility are reserved.

The withdrawal exception for products custom-made to a file does not remove your rights for faulty production. If you have a statutory right of withdrawal, you can use the Withdrawal Notice Form; a clear statement is sufficient. You do not need to contact the production partner separately.
